ART STUDIO

After having previously completed a prior renovation for the clients’ family many years ago, we were asked to build a double story office studio inside an existing open-plan warehouse. To meet both the wishes of the client and the renovation guidelines, applications were made to change the building classification and give us permission to modify the space into an art studio. We built-in multiple viewing spaces, makeup rooms, executive suites, and soon transformed the warehouse into a brilliant innovative space – completely fitted with data points, power, and aircon – ready for the designers to start creating!
